We ask you to come early, so we can get you all set up.
Spend time with our instructors before class, getting set-up on the rowing machine and key, learning our rhythm row method.
Head into the Club and we begin with our warm-up drills.
We’ll take you through the form of a proper rowing stroke, teach full slide vs. half slide, and a show you a power 10.
After warm-up, we reset those rowers, hit the lights down low and get set for your 30 minute class of heavy beats that will leave you begging for more!
Each of our instructors have their own vibe and playlist style, so you can mix it up.
